Warranty

At Ideal Furnishings, we focus on providing worry-free shopping experience. All our products has the manufacturer’s warranty, which covers any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of at least one year from the date of delivery of the product, unless different warranty period is specified on the product page. If you encounter any issues with your items, please contact our team, and we will arrange for replacement parts, repairs, or complete replacements if required.

It is important to note that our warranties are not transferable and cannot be extended to items that are resold. To be eligible for coverage, the product must be used for its intended purpose and exhibit normal wear and tear. Any defects or damages resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered under our warranty.
